Hotel Serhs Rivoli Rambla

“Would not stay in this hotel again.”

The location was good, close to shops and restaurants.

Kids triple room was too small. Carpets under the bed all dirty. Lock for the door didn't lock properly, maintanace guy tried fixing it without success, so he told us to hit the door hard to lock it.Even that didn't work sometimes. Second day, after we came back in the evening, we found our door unlocked, looks like cleaners didn't close it properly. Tv had no signal, maintanace person tried fixing it too with no luck. He told us to watch YouTube. Airconditioner didn't work properly too, it was too hot in the room. Drainage smell from the bathroom.

La pulizia e ripristino delle camere. Non per la qualità della pulizia in se ma per i tempi e la superficialità. Siamo tornati un giorno alle 17 e la ns camera non era stata ancora pulita. Non erano stati ripristinati i rotoli di carta igienica e mancava gli asciugamani per il terzo ospite
