“Delightful, friendly, clean, & safe—good value.”
Friendly, helpful front desk. Very clean, comfortable room, although small—fine for one person. Convenient location for getting places in lower Manhattan and Brooklyn. Neighborhood is run-down but as an older single woman I never felt unsafe.
No coffee-maker in the room. Room looked out on elevated subway tracks, so frequent train noise. It didn’t really bother me—just rumbly, not screechy, & the heavy blackout curtains muffled it, but it might bother some people.
