The quality of customer service. Wow!! Felt as if I had just arrived to a private resort. The most professional staff I have met in person without paying a fortune.

I wish Booking would make it mandatory to report if under maintenance during the booking process. I picked this hotel exactly for the swimming pool and it was under construction when we got there. Aside from this particular instance, it has happened to us before. When it was 110 degrees, we wished the pool that was in the DESCRIPTION would have been actually AVAILABLE.

The pool was under construction and the hotel did not have any other opportunities for a pool. The two suggested offers were closed on the weekends

Leider war der Pool wegen Renovierung geschlossen. Das hätte auf dee Buchungsseite vor Buchung kommuniziert werden müssen.
