Good location, great vibe if you’re up for partying. Room was pretty nice and had a good view.
They really need to work on their marketing/how they position this hotel. I was aware there was a rooftop bar and a restaurant, which was part of the charm, but when I checked in the staff said something along the lines of “now remember, this is like a lifestyle hotel, so we have parties and it can be loud.” When I was checking out (early) I heard a staff member saying the same thing to another couple checking in. It was loud in my room at night. Like very loud. If I was at the start of my trip and with my partner and up for partying it would have maybe been okay, but I had to checkout early as I had trouble sleeping. The room itself was really nice, restaurant was good and I’m sure the rooftop was great - but to enjoy this place you need to be up for partying - like if you’re going to be out all night in LA anyway and then just pass out here, perfect. But if you’re not into that (like the older couples I saw checking in), you won’t have a good time.
