Amazing staff. Especially Burak. At the restaurant area. Great service

No wheelchair sadly. That should be a minimum for a place like this

Went with my family, we had a lovely experience. We visit Istanbul yearly, we've been to many different hotels around the area in Fatih (Zurich Hotel, Gulsoy Hotel, Danis Hotel), but this hotel by far was the best.. it was very clean.. the room was spacious, the rooms had clean wooden floors, and the housekeeping service was excellent. The location was convenient as well.. a walking distance to Grand Bazar, fatih street, Hagia Sofia, Sultanahmad, etc. Giḡden was wonderful - she was warm, attentive, and incredibly caring towards all the guests during breakfast (& during check-in). She made sure everything was well looked after, promptly refilled the tea, and created such a welcoming atmosphere. The main receptionist spoke fluent English, so communication was seamless. He was also extremely helpful and accommodating with our requests. We had booked two rooms, and he made sure they were close to each other, which we really appreciated. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely return to this hotel if we visit Istanbul again!
