Xzavier at the front desk was fantastic. He was very kind, patient, and friendly. I stayed for 3 nights while attending a conference. He gave me an upgrade on my room which was a suite. It was really big and so comfortable. I had to study for an upcoming test and it was the perfect environment to do it in. Anyone would love it here. The staff is helpful and friendly, the food is delicious , and the rooms are awesome. Thank you so much Xzavier for great customer service and making my stay such a pleasure.
