“Very good hotel with a premium room rate at a premium location”

Top location, very close to the Wembley Stadium. Very friendly staff. Very good breakfast including service. The bacon was particularly tasty. Excellent parking arrangements. We visited the hotel at the time of a major entertainment event when the hotel was fully booked yet the queues and overcrowding was minimal. This hotel should commended for exceptional organisation.

It is astonishing that in a premium room rate (obviously affected by the exceptional location) there was no space for a free wifi. This is a weakness rather unusual for the hotels of this category. Slippers were promised but not provided. Views are poor even from the top terrace.

We loved the location of the room. It was quiet and extremely comfortable. The breakfast had a wide variety although it would of been good it the food was labelled like abroad as both of our party was coeliac and we heard others questioning the food too who had allergies. The staff were friendly and check in and check out was quick and efficient

Although we understand the need to review the fire alert we had in the morning. (06.30am). The main corridor from the lifts on the way back to our room smelt like weed. It was also lingering when we left, which is not what you want to smell when you choose a brand like Hilton.

“Perfect stay!”

The room was clean and huge. The bed was comfortable, and the location is perfect as it is close to both the tube station and concert venues. The staff was very kind and professional. I will definitely go back!
