Exceptional Attention to Detail and a Perfect Location First of all, the hotel's proximity to the metro is incredibly valuable in a city with such heavy traffic. I particularly want to highlight the expertise of the staff and the immense attention given to detail throughout our stay. Some elements that seem minor but are kept minimal for a high-quality aesthetic are brilliantly resolved here. For example, the shower controls: having large, clear text indicating the showerhead versus the rain shower, along with high-contrast lettering for hot and cold water, makes things so much easier. Often, this is overlooked in other hotels, and simply trying to take a shower turns into a frustrating puzzle. Similarly, the elevator buttons feature clearly visible floor information—not just embossed lettering—which is a huge help. These might seem like simple, tiny details, but they completely save guests from having to solve a puzzle during their stay. The meticulous approach to service is also truly delightful. Thoughtful touches like the evening turndown service, where the curtains are drawn and slippers are laid out, along with the detailed and highly professional briefing at the reception, made a big difference. The support provided by Mr. Arda and Mr. Bilgiç at the front desk was invaluable. They genuinely made us feel that we had sincere, reliable assistance for anything we might need at the hotel. For a Diamond member like myself who looks beyond mere luxury and design to focus on these finer, thoughtful details, this hotel is a fantastic choice. A very special thank you to Arda and Bilgiç!
