“An overnight stay!”

Was in town for the Bon Jovi concert at Madison Square Garden, and was looking for something close. I have been a Hilton Honors member for a long time and have stayed in Hilton hotels around the world, so have some expectations. First, the lobby is nice (appears to have been renovated recently) and front desk staff very nice. Checkin was very smooth as we arrived two hours early. They have a snack bar of sorts, with candy, drinks, etc., which was nice and since we had a credit, used. Our room was on the 19th floor, and coming off the elevator, was a very small hallway. Our room was around the corner (in the corner) and when entered, very small. Also appears that cosmetic upgrades were done, but not the highest quality. Thermostat in room does not work, but controls on unit below window, did. Overall the hotel served its purpose for the night stay.

Very friendly and communicative staff. The rooms were very clean upon arrival and were cleaned appropriately every day. The hotel is near Times Square which was a plus, but the surrounding area can get very busy.

The double room which was advertised to be able to accommodate 4 people was incredibly small even for a group of three. The beds were not of appropriate size for two people, and the room is small so no more than two suitcases can fit.

Everything was provided....iron and ironing board, microwave, tea, cups, water, tea maker, fan, air conditioner, towels, soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, hair dryer, extra sheet, great atmosphere and a small store within the hotel that sells small snacks in the fridge, so you don't have to go out and get it.

You are required to put a deposit towards damages. I didn't know that. I was told it would be refunded but I still haven't received it. And also, they give you the wifi password but you still can't watch YouTube.
