Hotel location was in Time Square 1 min walk from everything 🎉

The room was extremily noise , no sound proof at all. Our window was in the back part of other buliding and their A/C fan drived us crazy from the noise . Managment was not correct , we did a request for upgrade 3 times in the row and the only answer was " We will disccuss with manager and let you know" Answer never came even after our complaint . Their finance never released our guaranty of 500 $ despite the fact that we paid all our invoices and normally by 7-10 working days should have been realesed. It almoust one month and still nothing so many texts exchanged with their staff and always the same answer we dont know maybe is bank delaying process. Location was really good but the experience except location was not good at all. Real disapointment !!!!!😔😔😔😔
