Upon arrival, the entrance is difficult to find and the back entrance is closed. Checking in, the front desk was very convoluted regarding parking. First she said I was able to park at no charge due to booking through this app, then she said parking was 50 dollars a night to an already 488 dollar nightly room. She attempted to collect it but also said it was a 3rd party company. I asked for clairification and said "do I need to pay to park? " The answer was consistently "you do not have to but you do have to. " I asked to speak to someone else and waited for about 40 minutes. No one ever came and we were forced to pay for parking. Upon entry, the ADA room we supposedly had did not have any accessibility features except a second shower sprayer that was lower in the tub. No wheel chair shower, for our guest in a wheelchair. They put us on the second floor in a far corner making it impossible to maneuver the chair in the entryway of the room. The pool is not heated. There is no spa despite the listing boasting of both spa and heated pool. When I asked a maintenance person why the pool isn't heated he said it isn't a heated pool. Breakfast was rubbery omlet, dry boiled eggs with green yolk, greasy sausage, or very stale breads and yogurt that was not chilled in any way. Just out on the counter in a bowl. The best part of the stay was the myriad of homeless people who also appeared mentally unstable that slept outside the hotel on the ground around the building and bothered guests as the came and went while security watched and stared at their phones. This is not a safe location to stay. Be prepared to be robbed blind if you stay at this place and not by the vagrants. Its the facility itself. Will not stay here again.

Daily parking charges Rooms are overpriced Charging an extra charge in case of room damage. This is supposed to be returned to this in a week if no damage. I think our room was bare bones because we made the reservation through Booking.com
