The staff are friendly and attentive, and the overall atmosphere feels calm and refined. The real standout is the Let’s Relax Spa & Onsen on the wellness floor. The Japanese-style onsen features hot and cold baths, steam rooms, and a peaceful ambiance that melts away stress. I tried the aromatherapy massage and left feeling completely refreshed. Perfect for travelers who want a relaxing escape with all the comforts of a luxury stay—highly recommended for couples, solo travelers, or anyone looking to unwind in style.

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful 5-star hotel. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with anything. The rooms were spotless and beautifully designed, with a comfortable atmosphere and a well-stocked minibar. If I had to mention two things that could be improved, it would be the opening hours of the swimming pool, jacuzzi, and gym. They close far too early, which makes it hard to use them after a day of exploring. Second the pillows weren’t that comfortable. Overall, a great experience and definitely a hotel I would recommend!
