However, the reception lady didn't mention that pools are not working in the spa, that was quite disappointing

I left my bag in the safe after checking out, and when it was finally returned to me, €750 was missing. I immediately reported the issue, but despite being told that an investigation was underway, weeks have passed without any meaningful update or resolution. The lack of communication, accountability, and concern from the hotel management has been extremely disappointing. Guests should be able to trust that their belongings are handled properly and that serious incidents are treated with urgency. Unfortunately, this experience has completely undermined that trust.

The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and easy to talk to. They had a great sense of humor, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable.

The hotel is quite worn and in need of renovation and modernization. In my opinion, it feels more like a 3-star hotel than a 5-star one. I was disappointed with the overall standard, as I had expected much more.
