I find the hotel to be very comfortable. However, I would advice to add an armchair/lounge chair to the rooms, especially in the executive rooms or corner rooms on the 5th floor, in addition to the office chair. The service at both, the restaurant on the -1 floor and at the Roof top was excellent! Captain Enrique Aviles and his team made us feel at home, always taking care of every aspect of our meals and putting attention to detail, The food by chef Marco and Chef Gustavo was AMAZING and well balanced. Bravo to all the servers: Jonathan, Francisco Perez, Enrique Hernandez and Fatima Acosta! I would considering having corkage fees in the Roof Top Bar since the wine list is limited and people do not always want cocktails, tequila or mezcal.
