“Great service for a Smooth Stay”

The whole stay was smooth. At check in, the room was not ready but front desk offered to hold our luggage until our room was ready. When the shower drain wasn’t functioning right, maintainence got it fixed the same day. Our stay was quiet, the TV was up to date, and AC worked. The lobby coffee was a very nice touch. My friends and I had a great time and it is thanks to hard work of the staff at this hotel.

Frühstück war einfach, aber ok. Lage und Shuttleservice zu universal studios war super

Klimaanlage im Zimmer war sehr laut. Wenig Licht. Aussicht auf Pool im Erdgeschoß war nicht aufregend.

“Only good thing is breakfast. Will never stay again.”

The only thing decent about this place is the breakfast. Room was terrible. My room door wouldn’t even open properly I had to bust it in every time. Everything chipped and dirty looking in the bathroom. The worst part about it was the transportation shuttle. If you don’t show up at least 20 minutes early, they will leave you. You have to find transportation yourself ot wait until the next shuttle time. Universal agent at the Marriott was very unaccommodating named Jessica and she apparently talked to her manager Jessica to help my daughters and I get transportation after we showed up for the shuttle on time but they still left us. The universal agent wasn’t able to help us at all and we were left to wait another hour for the next shuttle. I’ll never book at this hotel again it’s not worth it.

La ubicación es lo unico que sirve ya todo lo que fue antes no lo es ahora los cubos de basura sin nailos para echar la basura una observación preguntar a la gerencia si con lo que cobra la noche no da para comprar bolsas

El desayuno es pobre no es exacto en el horario cierra a las 10 am pero si llegas después de las 9 de la mañana te quedas sin nada así puede ser que se hagan millonarios ahorrando para su bolsillo
