I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The breakfast was superb. The hotel's location and proximity to the train station are very nice. The staff is friendly and always eager to provide their support.

“Good hotel”

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Pros: Restaurant food is good but unfortunately their fine dining restaurant was closed for August. Service is lovely (especially front desk and restaurant) The spa is a wonderful retreat after a day of sightseeing Location is great if you are arriving or departing from train station. Concierge had great food recommendations! Guest services were very helpful and responsive via email prior to arrival. Cons: Location is further from central Milan tourist sites and not walkable. There is a free hotel shuttle that can take you to central Milan but it is small and it was fully booked every time we tried to use it. Luckily taxi was only 15 EUR each way. Our room was not ready until after 6:30 despite check in time being 4. They did offer a temporary room. Some of the furniture is looking a little worn down in the rooms. We were there during a heat wave and the AC struggled to sufficiently cool the room. It was difficult to understand how use the lights in the rooms. Overall we enjoyed our time at the hotel.
