“Beautiful place and location but some shortcomings”

The location is great, the apartment is nice, modern and clean. A bit on the small side but comfortable. The rooftop is nice

The wi-fi is a show stopper as it is not pratical, it drops every 5 mins when you do have connectivity as there are also many dead zones in the aprtment itself. Checking in was a bit more laborious than necessary and the parking wasnt guaranteed despite being included. (more cars than spots).

Great price for wonderful accommodations in the residential section of the IT hotel. Two blocks from the beach and one block from the main restaurant avenue. Absolutely great location and facilities.

The balcony was tiny and no view at all, but a quick elevator ride to the private rooftop pool/bar gives wonderful sunrise views.
