“My very nice stay”

The rooms were clean quite and spacious The breakfast was really amazing and upto the 5 stars standard Location was nice near to many facilities as well as to the Malls Staff was helpful and friendly

Reception lobby is very small

“A hotel that can become great with few touches”

Neat and tidy. Comfortable beds, great pillows and blanket. Good location, bus stop and metro nearby. Many eating places, but not really much sightseeing nearby, as it more like business district. Not an issue as travel was easy Food though was just ok

Very poor storage space in room. Usually bedside tables have drawers and space underneath to store stuff, only bedside table top was there. Seemed like design choice. Large shelf under TV, no drawers underneath either. Only one clothes hook in bathroom, inadequate for 2 people Some staff at reception very stiff and formal. But maybe language problem

The size of the room was good

The AC wasn’t cooling, in the room there were no glasses for water. No bottles of water, no tooth brush and paste.
