“Incredible hotel for a dream stay in Playa del Carmen”

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in! The staff are kind and attentive, the beds and rooms are super comfortable, the food is excellent (particularly the seafood restaurant for lunch and the breakfast), the pool area is amazing with views of the ocean, gym is well equipped and cool, there is direct access to the beach and location is perfect if you want to walk into town (2 mins from 5th avenue). Will definitely be coming back!

The lift to the 3rd floor didn't work which meant walking the whole way around the resort to get to breakfast, pool, beach and gym. Not a big deal but I'd recommend opening the stairs when the lift is out of access for greater convenience.

I love this place. This is our fourth time staying here since December. I can’t say enough how wonderful the facilities and staff are here. I wanted to take a minute to mention the people that went way above to make our stay beyond wonderful. Mario, Caesar and Ana at the restaurant. Arturo and Geraldo (this is not the correct spelling of Geraldo) at the pool. Mauricio our butler. Laura at the lobby bar and Ana in the Devossion Club. And thank you Jorge for always making sure everything was perfect.

Absolutely nothing.

Our stay was absolutely amazing! We have stayed at many luxury hotels around the world, and this hotel truly stands out for having some of the best service we have ever experienced. Every member of the staff was warm, professional, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay perfect. They made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The food was outstanding—delicious, fresh, beautifully presented, and with an excellent variety. Every meal exceeded our expectations. We would especially like to thank Edgar, who was truly exceptional. His kindness, professionalism, and attention to every detail made a huge difference in our experience. He always greeted us with a smile, anticipated our needs, and made us feel genuinely cared for. He is a real asset to the hotel. This hotel offers a true luxury experience, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an unforgettable vacation. We can’t wait to come back!
