Took long to get hot water and no water pressure.

My wife and I have been to the hotel a few times over the years, but the changes to the facilities are a nice improvement. The lobby, bar area and pool are very modern and are both encouraging and comfortable. Our room was very nice and clean. The location of the hotel is excellent as it is minutes from Disney Springs and only about 9 miles to City Walk, which includes many diverse restaurants with a few minutes of the hotel. We were especially impressed by the front desk staff, JoJo, Anaya, Teresa and John. They were all extremely pleasant, professional, friendly and helpful. We were also impressed with Jairo, who is one of bartenders and who also displayed the same characteristics as the folks at the front desk. We were also a little disappointed that a specific wine that was listed on the website was not available at the bar. Overall though, we had a nice time, mostly due to the staff and their sincere concern over any minor issues we encountered. We plan to visit again in the near future.

The location was great the amenities were as promised and the rooms were not that bad !

The communication. I felt lied to they have hidden fees so be prepared to pay at least an extra 100 dollars and parking fee for no extra security
