Great attention from Aracely’s, I ask for white egg and she make it happen with Gary at the breakfast!!! Came last year because of this, and repeated this year again with my family!

“Rude front desk staff”

We are about to be relocated to this hotel for 46days due to the ongoing construction on our condo. The first time (7/15 at 7pm) I went in to inquire about the rate & availability, it was a guy at the desk, not very personable but helpful enough. Our relocation date was changed so I went in for a second time (7/19 at 7:20am), the experience was worse, the woman at the desk (name tag: Grecia) looked up when I walked in & not even a good morning or a smile, she just looked down again on whatever paperwork she was looking at, I stood about 3ft from the desk for maybe 30-45sec before she looked up again, she asked “Can I help you?” (like I’m bothering her morning!!). I expected more from such a well-respected hotel chain. I work at Nemours Children’s Hospital across the street & we refer patients’ families to your hotel a lot. I may have to rethink that. I am now dreading my 46day stay knowing that Marriot actually tolerates that kind of behavior. If there was another hotel nearby with 1bedroom/full kitchen, I would not hesitate to cancel this reservation (that costs $8k). I hope this review actually gets to management & maybe they can do something about it, some courses on hospitality for their employees maybe..?
