“Ok hotel for one night.”

Close to the airport. Their phones did not work so we could not call for a shuttle but fortunately a nice Southwest Airlines employee stopped a Hyatt bus for us to take as it is right next door to our hotel. Check in was easy. Room was on 4th floor and it was quiet. Hotel is walking distance to several restaurants like Dennys and TGIFridays. Best part of this hotel was the shuttle back to the airport. Nice young man was on time and handled our huge amount of baggage. Would recommend but probably would not stay here again.

“Very smelly moldy rooms”

I usually don’t write reviews, but I feel other guests should know before booking at this hotel. We checked into two rooms on the third floor both rooms smelled like musty urine. We asked to be moved to a different floor and the guest staff was very accommodating and nice. We were moved to the fourth floor again both rooms had a very strong smell of urine/mildew. It was 10 p.m. so we stayed. Everybody woke up with stuffy, noses, and headaches probably from the mold.

“DON’T DO IT”

This place is a dump! Front desk lady was incredibly rude at check in and she appeared to be that way well before it was our turn in line. The floors were nasty, the “breakfast area” was minimal. The soda machine is where you get water from and it had black chunks or mold coming out of the spout. The room was extremely outdated and the floors were stained. Check out was a disaster. We scheduled the complimentary airport shuttle the night before and this place is so toxic that all of their drivers “called in sick” on a saturday. The front desk did arrange a complimentary Lyft for us but not before they were finished crap talking the shuttle drivers and then wanted to have an attitude with me because i had questions about the stay. So 0 ZERO stars is what i would give this place. Those photos are AI generated

“Watch out for fleas in this OK hotel.”

I got a room with fleas and they moved me to a better room without fleas. Ok service and facilities otherwise.
