From your arrival throughout your stay, you could not really ask for a better away-from-home experience. From the spacious room's stunning views and the provisions to the affability of the staff the experience is a welcome relaxing and agreeable change from even other Hilton (not to mention other chains) hotels. Room service is prompt, linens are plush, disposal bins are ample, & most importantly the beds are splendid in comfort and convenient to lighting, etc. What noise? It was quiet with an easily manipulated thermostat! The ease of visiting the LA Philharmonic, Dorothy Chandler, Mark Taper Forum, the Ahmanson, or the Broad or Museum of Contemporary Art could not be easier walks for the able. Parking is expensive -- but this is car City. Access from the hotel to public transit is "brilliant;" Dash is only a quarter for disabled or senior citizens, and 50¢ for most places in the Central Business District [CBD].

“A great property with amazing team members”

We had a wonderful two-night stay at the Conrad LA as part of our California anniversary trip. While in California, we took in a Laker's playoff game, saw the Redwoods at Muir Woods National Monument and went to Sequoia National Park. I am a Lifetime Diamond Team Member and we have stayed at 14 Waldorf Astoria’s and several other Hilton luxury properties across the globe. We have now stayed at all the Conrad Hotels in North America except the Conrad Indianapolis which we will visit after the renovations are complete. The 10th floor lobby area was nicely appointed and breakfast at the San Laurel restuarant was excellent. We received exceptional service from Antrell, Diana, Daisy, and Naomie. The infinite love couple's experience at the spa was amazing. A special thanks to Olivia Letko for her hospitality and for elevating our guest experience. We will definitely be back!
