“Great place for ZAMNA”

Booked one day before arriving as I wanted a room close to ZAMNA for the festival Great location, 1km away and walkable to ZAMNA! (Even at night) Very helpful hosts, they were lovely. Gave food recommendations and organised our taxi back to tulum the next morning

Situated nicely, new facilities along with cooking equipment and space. Staff were nice and the location is definitely not the worst if you are going to zamna or Tulum. Internet connection was great

Far away from the beach, cenotes and other attractions not including zamna or downtown. Semi difficult to get to the suites.
