Casa Ganesha Tulum

The room was very clean and the facilities were excellent. Despite being near some loud venues it was quiet and relaxing in the evening. The staff were incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Location wise, being on the beachfront it was perfect!

We didn’t mind walking to another hotel for our breakfast, but the breakfast itself was a little limited (eggs or pancakes). It was still tasty, however.

Die Unterkunft hat mit ihrer Einrichtung einen besonderen Flair , es gab eine richtige Bettdecke und es war sehr gemütlich. Das Personal ist wirklich sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Richtig heißes Wasser gab es leider nur am 1. Tag, danach musste ich leider kalt duschen. Ich habe leider zu spät Bescheid gesagt. Danach konnte das Wasser zumindest wieder auf lauwarm gestellt werden.

Very good location. Nice staff. Proper explanation how to use amenities of the place. In the bathroom enough amount of toiletries. Breakfast was tasty. But If staying more than three days is not worth it to take breakfast included, offering just three choice of plate and its always the same. Overall, was nice stay

It's a beautiful accommodation right on the beach. Carla and the rest of staff are great and very friendly and attentive. Rooms are beautiful and the beds are sooooo comfortable.
