“Enjoyed our stay this is our 3rd time. We found it a little bit expensive for the comfy room we had snd a little dated.”

Location, staff. The snacks and drinks are a welcome after a lot of walking

Not having a kettle to make a cup of tea on a morning, having to go to the basement, make your drink then bring it back up in the elevator there were tea facilities in reception but only special blends, no normal English tea and a lot of times no milk. The coffee machine in the room didn’t work properly so it would of been nice to be able to make tea and have a kettle with a little selection of normal tea/coffee milk & sugar which is normal in a lot of hotels

an drei Tagen habe ich gebtem die Uhr im Zimmer zu reparieren: bis zur Abtrise wurde dies nicht getan; obeohl nur die Batterie zu wechseln war

“Awesome”

Room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was great, good food and plenty to choose from. Super friendly and helpful staff that made the stay even more worth while.
