We had a wonderful stay at Bangkok Marriott Hotel The Surawongse. Our experience started with a warm welcome from Khun Elle. As a Platinum member, she ensured we received all of our benefits and was incredibly kind and accommodating to our family of six, including our four children ages 16, 14, 10, and 7. Throughout our seven night stay, she regularly checked in to make sure everything was going well. Breakfast was outstanding with a wide variety of options. The staff went above and beyond to provide vegan choices, including delicious vegan muffins every morning. They even prepared Thai tea with oat milk for my 16 year old daughter, which she loved. Our room was spacious, clean, and had a beautiful view of the city. Our room had a washer, table for six, sink, dishes, and simply good value for the money. Very quiet with no noise, even when music is playing on the roof, you cannot hear it. The atmosphere is welcoming. Do not forget the to try the amazing infinite pool. What truly made this stay exceptional was the outstanding service from Dao, Mook, and Pair in the lounge. Having access to a 24 hour lounge was already a great benefit, but every evening they prepared delicious mocktails for our family and served some of the best authentic Thai vegan food we had during our trip. Their Khao Soi, a Northern Thai specialty, was incredibly rich, flavorful, and memorable. Thank you for making each evening so special. The hotel's location is excellent. There is a great market about one kilometer away, and during our last two days we discovered another local market that operates from 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. We also found local shopping centers about two kilometers away. The doormen were always friendly and happy to help us find a tuk tuk whenever we needed one. Thank you to everyone at Bangkok Marriott Hotel The Surawongse for making our stay so enjoyable. We would gladly return on our next visit to Bangkok.
