“Great hotel - already looking forward to coming back”

This was my fourth stay at the Ascott Sathorn, each time for work, and once again I had an excellent experience. The fact that I have returned several times probably says a lot: for a longer stay in Bangkok, I find the hotel exceptionally comfortable, convenient, and pleasant. The staff are exceptionally friendly, professional, and helpful. A special mention should go to Pat, who went out of her way to help me resolve a small issue. Her kindness and willingness to help were greatly appreciated. The rooms are extremely spacious, comfortable, and very well equipped, with all the practical facilities needed for a longer stay while still retaining the feel and comfort of a luxury hotel. I also greatly appreciate how quiet the rooms are. I never hear any noise from neighbouring rooms, which makes it easy both to work and to relax. The views from the hotel are wonderful as well. Breakfast is another highlight. The breakfast area is large, quiet, and spacious, so you can start the day with a calm and relaxing breakfast rather than in the crowded atmosphere found in many hotels. The food is very good and there is plenty of choice. The location is extremely convenient. There is a good selection of restaurants and other places to eat nearby, while several major shopping malls are within easy reach. One BTS station is only about 100 metres away, and another BTS station, together with an MRT station, is about 500 metres away. This makes it very easy to travel around Bangkok. What I particularly like about the Ascott Sathorn is the combination of space, comfort, convenience, excellent service, and a genuine sense of calm. After four stays, it has become my preferred place to stay in Bangkok, and I am already looking forward to coming back.
