“The room is not really worth the money that you pay.”

It was close to public transportation and the city central. The staff members were helpful and nice.

The lack of air conditioning, lack of cleaning and the opening hours of the lobby. The room we got was nothing like the pictures shown of rooms for this hotel.

“Hit and miss.”

Great location, nice vibe and staff. Clean. Room decent.

Mattresses were the softest I have ever experienced. Difficult to even turn once down. Typical Dutch steep staircases we were unfortunately for my elderly mother on the 2nd floor. Something to be aware of. Shower not easy to temperate and drainage very poor leading to flooding the bathroom floor.

“Teleurstellend.”

De kamer was niet goed schoon, de foto’s waren heel anders dan hoe het er in werkelijkheid uitzag. ‘S avonds was er commotie en moest er ambulance en politie komen, op dat moment was er niemand van het hotel aanwezig dus moesten wij met 2 andere hotel gasten ervoor zorgen dat de hulpverleners op de juiste verdieping kwamen en moesten wij de deur open doen voor de politie agenten in burger. Dit zorgde voor een onveilig gevoel.
