“Don't look anywhere else...this place is excelling on every level.”

Everything! From the moment we arrived we were treated like royalty. The quiet and luxurious interior belies its location. We walked from the train station and it is also accessible to Brera, Duomo and castle. I cannot fault this 4 star property. The breakfast was superb and the range of options were fantastic and included European and western style food. The staff here are doing a sterling job, 5 star service. The bed was super comfy and the rooms had everything you could want including bathrobes and slippers. Management and staff are all to be congratulated, with a special acknowledgement to Simone on reception. He was extremely helpful with what to see in an afternoon and evening. My one regret is that we only had one night here. Don't look anywhere else...this place is excelling on every level.

Everything! The staff, the room (we got upgraded), the service, the beautiful hotel, the little extra they did to make us feel comfortable. It is only one metro stop from Milano central station. We loved the hotel and because of that it really made our short visit in Milano worth the trip. It surprised us in a very positive way and we wished we could stay longer if we could.
