“Horrendous stay, hotel is a construction site with staff service 1 star standard”

Absolutely horrendous stay and staff were terrible. Booked an apartment through booking.com advertised as at the W. This turned out not to be linked at all. We were told we had access to the gym and pool areas. Neither was set up on the system correctly so even though we were supposed to have access we couldn’t use and no member of staff at the W could seem to help add our names onto the system. Furthermore construction is ongoing at the hotel meaning the pool is closed all weekdays, not communicated when booking, and construction starts early morning preventing a decent nights sleep on your holiday. Completely fraudulent advertisement and service which I will be looking to take further with the relevant regulatory bodies

Très déçus par notre séjour. La piscine, qui était un critère important dans notre choix de réservation, est restée fermée toute la semaine. On nous avait indiqué qu’elle devait rouvrir le week-end, mais finalement on nous a parlé d’un incident et d’un manque de communication. Au final, nous nous sommes aperçus vers 18h qu’elle avait en réalité été ouverte, ce qui a renforcé notre frustration face au manque d’informations claires. En plus de cela, il y avait beaucoup de travaux dans l’hôtel avec des nuisances sonores importantes, ce qui a impacté le confort du séjour. Dommage, car cela ne correspondait pas du tout à l’expérience attendue.
