Print out during check in had the wrong WiFi information Had to call multiple times until one of the staff realized they gave my the wrong WiFi information. As someone that works remote, I didn’t like that but at least it was finally resolved after 24 hours. Also most hotels/resorts allow for early check in if the suite/room is available. Once the room was prepared I got a email stating my room was ready. While the sheets was clean, the property was not deep cleaned, it was surface level clean. The half bath was not properly clean after the last guest as there was residue of feces in the bowel that I saw upon entering the property. I called front desk and they sent someone in a timely matter, though if I had to wait for the property to be ready, it should’ve been properly cleaned prior to my arrival and walk through. Lastly, the map and directions I was given was subpar, if you are driving/bringing a car it’s easy to get to your resort home, if walking the directions I got did not help at all.

I thought it is a hotel resort but after i arrived i found out it is time share apartments. The resort is great, the apartment was very big (3 bedrooms), kitchen, 2 bathrooms, washing machine and a dryer. The swimming pool is very nice. There is a big supermarket 5 minutes drive from the resort. There is parking near the apartment building which is very good. If i will come back to Orlando i will stay there again.
