la maison était top, bien équipée et très spacieuse

lave vaisselle inutilisable et personne n’est venu le réparer malgré avoir contacté l’hôte

So many issues: No hot water for all 5 days of our stay Electric kept tripping off Gym was not usable, so damp and smelly Check in was 4pm couldn’t get in until 7pm Only 3 sun beds (it was booked for 6) No sun bed mattresses, laid on solid plastic Step into Gym broken Not enough bath towels Patio door would not close, not secure and falling off the hinges. Only 4 coffee cups (they were mugs from a petrol station) No wine glasses Towel rail in bathroom fallen off the wall Kettle did not work properly No tea towels to dry pots or glasses We had to clean BBQ before use

“Falla el mantenimiento”

La ubicación, la piscina, la limpieza, la terraza acristalada

Poca presión de las duchas, los cabezales de duchas, lavabos y fregadera, semiobstruidos por la cal. Toallas pequeñas. Los dos últimos días no había agua caliente.
