“Fabulous hotel!”

A truly exceptional hotel with no complaints what so ever. We’ve stayed in many top range Disney hotels in the past and yet this hotel is the stand out of them all. In our opinion much better than the hard rock hotel also! A beautiful warm welcome with the smell of luxury as you walk through the main double doors, the excellent staff from reception, restaurant, bar (amazing service) and housekeeping impeccable every day the service was amazing!!!! We’ll be coming back hopefully very soon and thank you for a wonderful stay! Great two weeks

“Fantastic as always”

I like everything about the property. The staff is always so welcoming and helpful, the amenities are great - can’t complain.

Nothing. If I criticize anything it may be that I’d love to see a cheaper option for water - I use a refillable water bottle, and it’s just a pain to buy a water bottle rather than refill mine. An ice/water machine on each floor would be phenomenal
