“Prefect location”
Perfect hotel, right in the heart of the town centre. Clean, tidy, and comfortable, with super friendly and welcoming staff. Highly recommended!
The only issue we experienced was with the airport shuttle in the early hours of the morning. Due to a local festival, the police had closed the roads around the hotel. Despite being assured by the staff that the shuttle would still be available, it never arrived. Unfortunately, the hotel staff did not offer an alternative solution, so we had to speak with the police ourselves. They directed us to a location about a 15-minute walk away where the roads were open and we were able to find a taxi. This situation could have been handled much better by the hotel, especially as this is an annual event that takes place during the city’s bank holiday.
