Tropical Oasis House Private Pool Family Yard

Backyard was the best part !

Needed a little more updated when I came to appliances and kitchenware.

The pool

The house was worn down bad. The shower/tub was disgusting and in horrible shape.The toilet is loose and not even connected to the floor. There was filth all over the walls and missing paint around all the baseboards. The locks on the doors are all loose and falling off. The back door was filthy. The exposed duct work has about a 1/2 inch of dust on it. All the air vents in the walls are filthy around them. The worst part was it had roaches. Woke up to a dead roach in the hallway. Then in the bathroom noticed a dead roach stuck in the ceiling between the wood planks. I have more pictures but it will only allow 4. I was shocked becuae it had great reviews and the pictures show well.on the listing.

the pool and dining areas really made the property a winner for me

the driveway is a bit tricky to navigate if your party has more than one vehicle.

I loved the backyard , house was way bigger in real life , rooms were spacious and so nice

The pool heater didn’t work , pool was super cold couldn’t swim
