“Muy bunen hotel y excelente servicio.”

Todo el personal es muy eficiente y muy amable. La ubicación del hotel es excelente.

Desafortunadamente nos tocó una enorme cantidad de sargazo y no era posible nadar en la playa. Incluso, no se podía caminar en la playa y el olor era desagradable.

Estadia tranquila, funcionários atensiosos e prestativos. Lugar bonito e confortável.

Só tivemos problema com opções vegetarianas nos jantares e o sargaço;

I got a massage while I was there and it was amazing. I met a friend at the pool during my stay and we both got a massage and Lilliana & Maria were friendly and great at their job. We did the outdoor massages on the beach and it was so relaxing and the massage felt incredible! The actual spa was so nice also - definitely recommend taking advantage of that.

The phones in the room were a little confusing. I also didn’t like the early morning call to see the concierge.
