“Average is about right”

3/5 - average The positive: Location if that’s the area you need to be in; very clean; still has a very new feel to it; staff is very nice. What makes it average: - Very noisy, from the hallway as well as from the outside and above (doors have gaps, windows aren’t insulated, you hear steps from above at 4 am - once you find ear plugs in the room, you know you got a problem and aren’t the first one having an issue) - some room layouts (not all are like this) make you stare at the door, no small hallway or any separation), giving it a very non-cozy feel - No proper desk / proper table, making it very hard in case you’ve to work or eat in-room dining (in-room dining was also a disappointment) Here you have it. 3/4, average, that’s all it is. Really wanted to like it, but the above makes it hard to.

“A gem in the financial district”

We booked this hotel last minute and couldn’t be happier with our stay. Every staff member we encountered was so pleasant and helpful. The hotel itself is stunning, and we were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade! Our room was perfect. We enjoyed drinks in the lounge and a delicious dinner at La Marchande before heading to a concert. Everything about our experience was top-notch. We’ll definitely be back!

“Outstanding”

Great location, great room, great staff!! The lounge on pearl is also wonderful, with terrific cocktails and delicious small dishes.

Great time at the Wall Street hotel. Staff was amazing. Cute rooms with charm.
