Beautiful property in a superb location.

Massively overpriced for the service they deliver (only a few examples below): - Room for 2k+ a night had no proper isolation and we could hear the next door baby like it was in our own room. - Impossible to get a good coffee - Baby can’t be prioritized (food at 11am is a problem, speed is a problem, water before 11am at the pool is a problem etc) - Half the staff doesnt speak English properly - couldnt place an order for a simple sandwhich plus sweet potatoe fries on the phone for 5min prior to giving up. - Pool staff and restaurant staff have insane egos and mistreat customers without apologizing - Restaurant staff didnt help with baby despite being first customers in the morning half of our stay (improved in second half) - Had audacity to charge me for the water I got myself walking from the pool to the breakfast and back (breakfast is already paid. no one served anyone by the pool so I got it myself) - There is no service, no kindness, the customer has to fight for every detail. Charging 2k+ a night for an “experience” like this is literally the worst value for money I have ever seen in hospitality in my life.

Service was excellent as was the food And there was plenty of space on The grass area by the pool for peace and quiet .
