“Broken AC, Poor Cleanliness, and Dismissive Staff”

Location is nice

We checked in on August 21 in room 602, and unfortunately the experience was disappointing. The air conditioner was extremely noisy and did not work properly. Every time I tried to change the settings or turn it off, within about five seconds it would reset to 72°F and start making noise again. The maintenance staff member who came to check it repeatedly insisted that I was using it incorrectly, even though he tried himself and got exactly the same result. He then came up with another explanation that did not make sense and eventually simply disconnected the AC. Fortunately, the weather allowed us to sleep with the window open, but it was very unpleasant to be treated as if we were imagining the problem instead of having it properly addressed. The room was also not properly cleaned when we arrived: there were hairs on the towels and a peanut on the floor. The peanut was never removed during our entire stay and was still there when we left.

We were very lucky to get upgraded to a spacious double room with a large living area and a kitchenette. The room was very comfortable and made our stay even more enjoyable. The staff were also friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Everything was great! The double room was very spacious, and the staff were friendly and helpful. This was my second stay here, and I had another great experience. The luggage storage service was also very convenient. I would definitely stay here again!
