Location of the places amazing it’s 20 to 25 minute walk to all the attractions all the top rated restaurants and most of the activities are a maximum of 15 minute walk from the accommodation. They have an elevator on the ground floor to access level one and level two we had gotten Suite 7 on level two. However, once we checked in the room was dirty, and the maintenance for this room had not been done the sinks were clogged. There were crumbs of food all over the floor and the bathroom and the room floors were covered in hair and at night there was no electricity in the room ( floor 2 suite 7). We got the refund for the first night and then they gave us another room on level one Suite 4 this had one bedroom, one living room with a sofa bed and two bathrooms. You do have to text them and request for housekeeping on a daily basis if you put the tag on the door the housekeeping staff does not clean it for you. The staff that was chatting with us on WhatsApp was very efficient and helpful. They were genuinely sorry about the mishap that happened to us in the previous Suite 7, however in Suite 4 the night before we checked out, the Wi-Fi went off and there was no Wi-Fi until the next day. Oh also the fridges leak water all the time. All our things got wet in the freezer.

Cleaning services were not good or uniform, maintenance was bad, wifi stopped working on our last day.

Great location. Close to the cathedral and everything else. Loved the layout. Very smooth check in and check out.

There were literally no amenities. No coffee. No washing liquid.
