Location, room, restaurants, staff

Internet only worked outside my room 6 doors down. Hotel tried to fix but couldn't. Likely I had a JetPack with me to get my work done.

“This visit was OK, but the shuttle driver and the bathroom issues need to be addressed.”

Convenience, restaurant opens until late evening for those arriving in LAX after 9:00 or 10:00 p.m. The staff (front office, bell, F&B) is courteous, pleasant, and professional.

Shuttle busses are spaced too far apart. Sheraton, Marriott, etc., — even parking shuttles — have at least three shuttles arrive for pickup to every one from Sonesta. We’ve stayed numerous times and this is *always* the case. But the drivers are always lovely…EXCEPT this last time (15 July evening), when our driver had no interest in being helpful. Did not help with the bags and didn’t even bother to pull into the carriage drive at the property. Didn’t offer to help with the luggage even though I was clearly struggling to get them off the bus. Just sat there in the driver’s seat. We had room 1105. The sink does not drain. The water fills up the sink and takes forever to empty. Also, the sliding glass shower doors kept rolling open.

The pillows were a dream. Shot out to Aryan (not sure how to spell his name) at the front desk.

Location, clean and pleasant rooms. Great shuttle service.

I was located in a room that was right on the VERY noisy street side. Loud traffic all night. Also on my floor doors were slamming! And the air conditioner was loud and I couldn’t regulate it.
