“My Regular Place to Stay”

The location is absolutely great. Also, the staff are kind and very pleasant.

Since it's a historic building, I can't really complain, but there are some areas where the floor isn't level.

I’ll start with what was a bit disappointing, might not disappoint everyone, but did not work for us. 1. No bottled water in the room. They ask you to fill your glass or jug from the bathroom tap after pressing the ‘filter’ button on this random block that sits in the sink. They say it’s for environmental reasons which is fine but it’s a bit mid rate hotel and not really 5 star. My issue was partly to do with the bathroom being quite dated and didn’t feel like a nice place to get my drinking water from. To be fair, I did grumble about it to reception and was given bottled water. 2. We stayed in 626 and the bathroom was quite small and not very modern at all. Very clean but could do with revamp. Maybe other rooms had renovated bathroom. 3. Breakfast room had no windows (-1 floor) and the ground floor bar/restaurant area seemed like it could have been used for breakfast as it doesn’t open until midday. 4. Welcome gift for All Accor Platinum wasn’t hugely inspiring. Just a small fruit selection. The good stuff. 1. Staff, especially the bar staff, were very friendly, capable and professional. Staff on the door offered a warm greeting every time and humoured us with our bad French. 2. The breakfast selection was very good and also available to order some items à la cate. 3. Very good cocktails in the bar and reasonable prices. 4. Location of the hotel is very good.

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück ausserordentlich vielseitig und lecker.

Im Preis für eine Honeymoon Suite wäre aus unseren Erfahrungen ein Willkommensgetränk im Zimmer angebracht. Das Haus verspricht auf der Booking.com Seite Parkservice. Parkhaus, Auflade Station für Elektro-Autos an. Leider ist dem nicht so. Das Fahrzeug kann nicht aufgeladen werden, was sehr enttäuschend war.

“Sofitel Le Awesome”

Hotel is perfectly located within a 45 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower and 15 minute walk to the Louvre Museum. It is bright and upbeat and the hotel staff are top notch. From the front counter to the wait staff, they are all helpful and friendly. Rooms are clean, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast buffet every morning was awesome. Everything was warm and fresh and the waitress was phenomenal. For the service, convenience and comfort the hotel provided, it was certainly a fair price to us.
