“Good location, good space wise, good reception, maintenance issues, not sure I would book again”
Staff responsive via Whatsapp like a record ok ok a hotel The location is good, about 30 minutes walk from center and short cab ride. It was clean enough. 2 bath 3 beds 2 full and sofa (as always sofa bed is ok for kids but very loud on the street was a negative bring noise sound plus earplug) Kitchen is useful. Breakfast place 5 minutes walk was excellent
It is not maintained well: Foul odor sewage, from one of the bathroom (they put a product to fix it) it did came back but we were leaving so we did not ask them again. This should not happen and should be treated before check in this seems like a recurring issue One toilet seat was almost falling off I did not want another stranger coming into my room to fix that that is easy maintenance to take care of they can see when they clean! The hot water heater was not working we had to wait a day and get another stranger in the apartment it was fix at the end of day 2. The AC remote did not function well could not see display but they did work it was hard to see number it probably need new battery. Sofa needed deep cleaning it look dirty. We use it as a bed so we did not have to look at it or sit on it. No black out curtain bring eye mask and ear plugs for noise bedrooms are quieter but still I use sound machine too.
