Breakfast was not included. The location and the surrounding area are remarkable. It is very scenic, with a good view of the famous arch. The Condo community is almost a 5-star, well-maintained, and very secure property. Onsite facilities, such as the Gym, swimming pool, etc., are well maintained. Walking distance to Costco is a great convenience, and it has a Gas station. If you are comfortable driving, auto rental is greatly recommended. Easy access to other areas such as downtown Los Cabos, beaches, etc. The condo includes beach towels, chairs, and an umbrella. Property Mgr. Santiago is helpful, though you may have to wait a while to receive a callback. WhatsApp or Text messaging is an easy way to communicate to and fro. There were minor issues with the dishwasher, such as the doors not locking or getting jammed. They sent in maint. Person to fix all of it. Planning another trip and most likely staying at this Condo longer.
