I had made a reservation weeks before and was really looking forward to it. We pulled up to park, I went in to check it out and like all other reviewers the smoke hit me like a ton of bricks and I smoke. We were only reserved here for one night but frankly, the characters we saw around this place were alarming to me and I did not feel safe. Combined with what we saw and a past review about bed bugs made us rethink our decision to stay here. We ate the charges and the $150 cancellation fee and opted for another hotel. I don't gamble, we were only here for the hotel. We were traveling from Texas and had made reservations for our return trip but after what I saw I canceled our reservations. I refuse to be a part of this predatory business model.

I did not like the massive waves of smoke billowing out of the casino into every other part of this complex. I did not feel safe there. This complex is massive and all we wanted to do was rest. The atmosphere seem predatory. Dirty and not safe.
