The environment and response from the owner was great
The bedding seems over used and needs to be renewed. The mattress has a patch and could do with the use of a mattress protector, otherwise I was disappointed and felt bad to see it .it's not hygienic.

It is a cute little set-up and would be great if you are staying on cooler days.
The WiFi was spotty. What should have taken 10 minutes was over an hour because it kept dropping out. The air condition is in the bedroom and it was so hot sitting in the living room because the air just did not flow well.

Convenient location. Host very nice and responsive. Comfortable place. Good value
Too close to Busch gardens. You can hear the rides and people. The air conditioner is located in the bedroom. Worked well in the bedroom but the living room was kind of hot.
