Un poco la fiesta de blanco . La habitación estaba limpia , buen servicio de habitación
, animación malo . Entretenimiento malo . Comida mala , poco elaaboradaa , . Además los conocí por Booking y no me dieron factura pese a qué realicé el reclamo en recepción.

“Amazing property, wonderful staff, I’ll be back!”
The property was very clean. The beds were comfortable and always well made. The restaurants were always neat and the staff hospitable. I had a suite and it was AMAZING!
Sometimes some of the food was overcooked. There was variety but it seemed to be the same exact variety dishes every night. Would be nice to switch it up a bit. Also the main pool was missing a few floor tiles and my friend cut her foot. Definitely dangerous… needs to be fixed ASAP.

El personal del Hotel, es EXCEPCIONAL, nunca he visto algo así, el equipo de animación, Jairo, Lizbeth,, Kike , el chico de la la animación en la piscina... Los camareros de los restaurantes y bares. . La ubicación del hotel
El agua de la piscina está un poco caliente a medio día

Pieza muy comoda, comida variada, muchas entretenciones, lo mejor el que animaba en la piscina
Las zonas para fumar estaban a pleno sol y sin ninguna lugar para sentarse
