I liked the space provided in the suite for a family so it wasnt cramped.

The pillows were not in any way supportive they had to be folded in half to even use, the doors were hard to open and close properly, the elevator broke, the staff wasnt helpful, I was over charged for my stay and cannot get anyone to call me back to correct the issue and have emailed them twice and talked to the front desk twice about the issue before I left and they assured me it was corrected and it hasn't been. The staff allowed a group of young adults to keep swimming after hours causing a lot of noise until after 10:30pm and I called to complain from the room and then waited 15 minutes and went down to the desk about it because we were trying to sleep as we had to be up at 6am. The listing for the hotel did NOT tell you about a parking fee. The night manager Joe told me it was $26 nightly but I wasnt being charged the first night because we were checking in after 11pm. Then I was charged $40 BOTH nights which isn't even the correct amount! The suite I reserved should have been $357 for BOTH nights and ive been charged over $477 so far! We also had to call before checking out because we couldbt take hot showers as the boiler stopped working and they had to reset them! I will never stay here again.

Came here from Australia family of 4 for a couple of nights. On arrival the service was fantastic and I think we must have got upgraded room because we ended up getting a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, kitchen with living area. All the staff were friendly especially around breakfast times. We did get offered a gift which ended up being a sales pitch to come be part of a membership club but all in all it was a great place to stay in Orlando.
