“Look before you leap”
My wife and I stayed at this location for a few days recently and were surprised by its condition. While we did not read many reviews due to a busy season of work, we realized that we should have. This location is not a hotel, it is a property which consists of various buildings that are in disrepair. They seem to be making efforts to improve as we witnessed construction on the unit above us and nearly got hit by a flying hammer on our first day. The furnishings of the room are also in a state that is less than what we have been accustomed to at Marriott hotels. The closet doors did not slide, the glass doors with outside access did not lock and only had a bar installed at ground level to secure them. The carpet and couch were crusty and dirty as if they had not been vacuumed/cleaned. The buildings had stains as if something had been thrown at them and the landscaping in general needed much attention. The small lizards running around the sidewalks were cute and somewhat reminiscent of Jurassic Park. The breakfast was not as bad as some had indicated and the coffee was pretty good. The staff in general were nice and respectful. We had made several reservations in advance using a third party so canceling our second and third was quite difficult, but we persevered and the hotel graciously granted a refund. Just don't expect a 3 star hotel if you choose to stay here. it is much closer to a one star. There seemed to be many people staying there who were traveling for work and some were pretty rough around the edges.

“Affordable”
Affordable, 2 bedrooms 2 bath.
Property appears aged and in need of updating. Could immediately improve by doing a better job cleaning

“Completely not worth it.”
I didnt like much. 1. We had a nice sized room. But it smelled HORRIBLY of mold/mildew. We were told that they were sold out on most rooms so we stayed and bought a moisture absorbing bag. Also febreeze and candles. 2. It was a place to stay while our home was being treated for termites.
1. We had no dishes or silverware 2. The staff said that we had to drive ALL the way to the front office (from the back building) to "turn in our bath towels for new ones". 3. There were little bugs all over the stove and oven that made it impossible to use. 4. The room SMELLED so bad we ended up having to buy an odor absorption bag and several candles/air fresheners. 5. It was filthy. No mattress covers on the beds. The couch was gross. The carpet was ripped. 6. We had to bring our own cleaning supplies! They didnt come in the room even though you pay $50 PER NIGHT in "incidentals". 7. Our downstairs bedroom tv looked like someone had attempted to STEAL it. It was disconnected from the wall and my husband who used to be a low voltage electrician had to fix it. 8. I got EXTREMELY sick due to the mold and was on antibiotics and a ton of medicine after. 9. MY ENTIRE HOUSEHOLD GOT LICE. Im not even sure if they clean those rooms tbh. I spent another $150 AFTER the "hotel" trying to get rid of the lice that my family got from them. 10. I tried to call 2x to the general manager to explain all these things - SHE NEVER CALLED BACK. Money hungry, slum lords. And not to mention the "breakfast" that offered no choices for people who are diabetic like me. 🙄 Overall no. Never again.
